Rice is one of the most widely consumed cereal grains worldwide…. and for obvious reasons – it is widely available, can be grown almost anywhere (as long as there is sufficient water), provides excellent nutrional value and has various varieties – making it a vital staple in so many countries in so many cultures.

Imagine a curry without a rice… sushi without the rice….risotto without the rice… or even a world without rice wine!!!

Impossible to imagine, eh? That is why we wanted to share these 5 recipes from our community of bloggers that caught our eye…
