A blend of fruit, vegetables – sometimes with yoghurt, sometimes with peanut butter, sometimes ice-cream (in my case) or sometimes ice… the combinations are endless… but more importantly – the deliciousness that evolves in a drinking format (including some of your 5 a day) is great!
