Our lovely friend Alexia of Must be Yummie shares a guestpost of her top 5….
“I really love Ceviche and I am always looking for new inspiration to prepare this great dish. In fact it is really easy to prepare and as you can see in the following recipes you have a lot of options to be creative. I like to present this when I am having guests over for dinner. Fresh, easy to prepare and exotic flavors. I just love all variations on this dish. My favorite ceviche recipes by other bloggers are the following. Can’t wait to try them all.
Top 5 Ceviche Recipes (from bloggers)
Greg of Cook n Roll prepares his ceviche with coconut milk, I think this must result in a very delicate ceviche.
Thomas of Filet Pur prepares a fresh ceviche with grapefruit and fennel. Can’t wait to give this a try.
Apparently this is a very old recipe of Dorade Ceviche from Annelies (Een Lepeltje Lekkers) but the combination really looks yummie.
I love the combination of salmon and avocado and Jozefien’s (Goestjes) recipe looks delicious.
Bart (Nullam Microwaveum) is so nice to share with us the history of this great dish. Interesting to read.”

Hey, thank you for mentioning me. I actually have two ceviche recipes
The first one includes the history and is a classical ceviche with fennel http://www.nullammicrowaveum.com/2016/02/22/ceviche/
The second one is a ceviche with a tagliatelle of white asparagus http://www.nullammicrowaveum.com/2016/02/22/ceviche-van-vis-en-aspergetagliatelle/
