The humble vegetable known as the courgette – also sometimes known as zucchini and sometimes known as baby marrow, depending on where in the world you live – is a summer squash that is normally long, firm and greenish in colour (although you can now get a hybrid version in yellow!)
Incredibly low in calories – it is a great source of folate, potassium & vitamin A… making it the perfect vegetable accompaniment for any meal, not only for those who are health conscious but also for the fact that it is a delicious vegetable!
