The fleshy stalks of this plant are most often stewed along with mountains of sugar and make an appearance in pies & tarts…
It’s tart taste makes it the perfect accompaniment for other fruits like strawberries and apples…but whichever way you love to work with – I know for a fact that it is one of my absolute favourites (and I have even managed to get one of my colleagues to exchange some of their home-grown variety for some baked goods!)
So much to my delight when I noticed that recipes were popping up all over our community blogosphere with different takes of preparation… so here are a few of them:
Top 5 Rhubarb Recipes (from bloggers)
